Mr. Meng is the branch committee for wind power generation and electrical equipment group at CEEIA and Standardization of Wind Machinery in energy industry. He graduated as Master of Engineering from the prestigious university HIT and MBA from THU.

As an expert researcher in wind turbine development, he holds more than 11 years of working experience in the wind power field meanwhile involved in several research projects at the provincial and state level, as well as many core technical projects in enterprise, e.g. the National High – Tech Research and Development Program of China ( 863 Program ), and the Beijing Torch Program. He also obtained many technical patents and published a number of influential papers.
