In addition to the leadership of EPRI’s Sustainability & Ecosystem Stewardship research portfolio, Morgan leads EPRI’s Climate REsilience and ADaptation initiative (READi), a Board Initiative focused on establishing a common framework to assess physical climate risk to the power system to inform proactive asset design, system planning, and investment decisions. The effort also informs regulators and other industry stakeholders of the impacts of extreme weather and long-term climate change to the power system, providing guidance on assessing the cost and benefits of resilience strategies. Morgan also serves at the Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer at EPRI, where she sets the strategic plan to drive the organizations CORE commitments to improve our Communities, Operate responsibly, advance society through innovative Research, and empower Employees.
