Dr. Elah Matt has over 15 years’ experience researching, developing and advocating climate change and sustainability policies and strategies. In WEMC she is responsible for fostering multi-sectoral collaborations, promoting inter-disciplinary solutions to climate, energy transitions and net-zero challenges.
Her expertise includes environmental and climate policies, sustainable mobility, green innovation and low-emission development. She works with international partners from the public, private, third sector and academia. She has supported the development of climate change and energy efficiency policies, sustainable mobility strategies, international projects for climate policy implementation and development of net-zero narrative pathways.
Elah holds a PhD in social environmental sciences from the University of East Anglia (UK) and an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from the London School of Economics.
