Native of Paris region, Charles was an intern for WEMC in 2016. He studied energy in an engineering school in Montpellier. Passionate about weather and climate since his childhood, he manages his own blog on weather forecast since February 2012. As an intern at WEMC, he looked into the production and use of weather forecasts for renewable energy grid integration which will benefit both the energy industry and the meteorology community. His findings will be shared in a report.
