The ICEM 2025 registration fee includes:

• Welcome event (evening of Tuesday 3 June 2025)

Guest tickets for any of the welcome drinks, ice-breaker, gala dinner can be purchased during the registration process, and paid via a separate link, also provided as part of the registration. The cost of the guest tickets are given below.

All other meals are responsibility of the delegates.  Additional meals at the conference venue must be booked in advance by directly contacting the venue via email or by phone (switchboard: +39 049 9195500).

Accommodation too is not included in the registration fee. Delegates can choose where to lodge. There are many rooms available at the conference venue, which can be booked directly on the website of the venue using the promo code ICEM2025 to take advantage of the rate negotiated for delegates.

The above amounts exclude Italian VAT (IVA) of 22%.

Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a € 150 towards the administrative fee.
• Cancellation before 60 days of the conference start date will receive a 50 % refund, less a € 150 towards the administrative fee.
• Cancellations received less than 60 days before the conference start date are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be made within 60 days of receipt of cancellation notification.
