ICEM 2019 is heading to Copenhagen on 24-27 June, for the 6th International Conference Energy & Meteorology. We look forward to you joining us for the event, which will be held at the Technical University of Denmark.

The core theme of the 2019 conference will be ‘Exploiting the latest weather and climate technology to tackle the energy transition‘. Alongside the planned sessions and conference activities, we would like to offer attendees the opportunity to suggest additional sessions, to be held at the ICEM 2019 venue, on topics to support this theme and the aims of ICEM 2019 itself.

This should not exceed 500 words. Please pay close attention to the criteria listed in the submission guidance document. Our decisions regarding which supporting sessions to include at the conference will be based on this criteria.

Equipment needed and special requests *

If your proposal for a supporting session is successful, we will provide you with suitable facilities. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests, but none can be guaranteed.
